WHAT DO CONSULTANTS DO?
They ask, you answer, and get paid! Consultants are the experts in their field, and are paid to give their opinion. Working in a variety of different fields, consultants spend their time learning everything they can about a particular product or service, and work with customers to find out their needs and how the product or service will fit those needs. Successful consultants will be willing learners and great communicators. Examples of consultants include bridal consultants, media consultants, leasing consultants, and wine consultants.
HOW MUCH DO CONSULTANTS MAKE?
Since consultants work in a variety of fields, your pay can vary. Some entry level consultant jobs can earn $12-$16 an hour, and many sales-heavy consultant jobs can also earn commision.
WHAT ARE THE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS?
Experience in the field you are consulting for is key. A high school diploma with the right training and experience will be enough to get you and entrance job in consulting, and many companies will train you on further information needed. In addition, there may be other training courses you need to complete to stay up-to-date on the latest information.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Customer Service: The ability to work with many different types of customers in a friendly, relaxed way is important.
- Communication: You might be explaining complex or foreign information to customers, or presenting a multitude of options that they must be able to easily understand and digest before making a decision. Your ability to communicate complex information will be needed.
- Willingness To Learn: Ongoing education and training in your field is the hallmark of a good consultant. You must stay up to date on the latest trends and information.
- Listening Skills: You must be able to listen to your customers and discern the best course of action for them.

In order set up a long term relation with current students and new customer, you will give to them professional consultation, introduce our Language training course and study plan according to their needs. You will play a key role in our School and work closely with both Marketing and Operation team, to ensure that we deliver the best service and learning experience to our students.
You have excellent communication skills, are self motivated, flexible and willing to attend internal workshops to improve your sales skills.
